Where is my parcel?
Orders leave our Asheville studio within 1–2 business days. As soon as the carrier scans your parcel we email you a tracking link. Standard delivery normally lands in 3–6 business days, express in 1–2.
If tracking has not moved for three business days, or the carrier says delivered and the parcel is not there, contact us and we will open a claim. You will not be left out of pocket.
