Geographic restrictions
Maison Aurevia LLC sells and ships within the United States only — all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.
- We do not ship internationally and cannot accept international orders.
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or parcel-forwarding services. Orders to known forwarder addresses are cancelled and refunded.
- We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at present.
- Some heavy items, such as the cast iron dutch oven, carry a surcharge or longer transit time to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We contact you before charging any surcharge, and you may cancel for a full refund instead.
Export controls and sanctions
Our goods are ordinary consumer household items and are not subject to special export licensing. Even so, we do not sell to, ship to, or do business with any person, entity or destination restricted under U.S. law, including parties on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list and the Bureau of Industry and Security Denied Persons list, or in any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
By ordering you confirm you are not such a person and that you will not re-export our goods in breach of U.S. law. We cancel and refund any order we believe would breach these rules.
Age restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data — see our Privacy Policy.
Candles should be kept away from and out of reach of children and pets, and used only in line with the safety instructions on the product page and the base label.

Licensing, resale and quantity limits
Our products are sold for personal household use. We do not operate a wholesale or dropshipping programme through this website, and we may limit quantities per customer or per address where an order looks like it is for resale. If you want to stock Maison Aurevia products, email Maisonaureviallc@outlook.com with the subject "Wholesale" and we will talk properly.
We hold no licence obligations that restrict who may buy these goods, and no item we sell requires a permit to own or use in the United States.
What we do not sell at all
Maison Aurevia LLC sells household goods only. We do not sell, and will never list, firearms, weapon parts, ammunition or explosives; drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco or vaping products; adult or sexually explicit material or services; counterfeit, replica or infringing goods; gambling products or services; prescription or regulated medical devices; live animals; hazardous or restricted chemicals; or digital currencies and financial instruments. This reflects both our own position and the acceptable-use rules of Stripe and Square.
