The agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of maisonaurevia.com and every purchase you make from Maison Aurevia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at Maison Aurevia LLC, 72 N Market St, Apt 34, Asheville, NC 28801, United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean Maison Aurevia LLC; "you" means you.
By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract.
Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including material, finish, dimensions, capacity, weight, care instructions and country of origin. Several items are made by hand or finished with reactive glazes, so natural variation in colour, tone and surface is expected and is not a defect. Product images are representative; screens differ, so colour on your monitor may not match exactly.
We may change the range, discontinue an item or correct a description at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price — a clear typographical error — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it. We will tell you if that happens.
Prices, currency and tax
All prices and charges on this site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are shown as such throughout, including at checkout and on your receipt. Prices exclude sales tax and shipping unless we say otherwise.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, where Maison Aurevia LLC has a tax obligation, and is shown to you before you pay. No charge is added after checkout. The total you approve is the total we charge.
Your card issuer, not us, decides any foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee if your card is not denominated in USD. We have no visibility of and no control over those fees.
How an order is formed
- You add items to your cart and go to checkout.
- You enter contact and delivery details, choose a delivery method and a payment method.
- You authorise the payment. Your card is charged once, for the total shown.
- We send an order confirmation by email. That confirmation is our acceptance of your order, and the contract is formed at that point.
We may decline an order — and refund you in full — where the item is out of stock, the price was obviously wrong, we cannot verify the delivery address, the order fails a fraud check, or we reasonably suspect resale or fraudulent use. We are allowed to limit quantities per customer.
Payment terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Stripe and Square. Depending on your device and browser, Stripe may additionally offer Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
Payment is taken in full at the time you place the order. We do not store your card number and we do not create recurring or subscription charges. Every charge is a single purchase you authorised. Your statement will show MAISON AUREVIA.
If a payment is declined the order is not placed and no contract exists. If a payment is later reversed, charged back or disputed, we may suspend or cancel the order and recover the goods or the amount owed.
We follow the operating rules of the card networks, including the Visa Core Rules, the Mastercard Rules, the American Express Merchant Operating Guide and the Discover Network Rules, together with the terms of Stripe and Square.
If you think a charge is wrong
Contact us first at Maisonaureviallc@outlook.com or (828) 998-4813. We can almost always resolve a billing error faster than a chargeback, and we refund genuine mistakes immediately. Raising a chargeback for goods you received and kept is card fraud, and we will contest it with delivery evidence.
Delivery
Delivery terms, costs and timeframes are set out in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Title passes when we receive payment in full.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
Your rights to return, refund and cancel are set out in our Return & Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms and are linked from the checkout page before you pay. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.
Promotions and discounts
Discount codes, promotional pricing and any free-shipping threshold are governed by our Promotion & Discount Terms. In short: one code per order, codes have no cash value, they cannot be applied after an order is placed, and we may withdraw a promotion at any time without affecting orders already accepted.
Acceptable use of this website
You may use this site to browse and buy household goods for your own use. You may not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of any applicable regulation;
- attempt to test, scan or breach the security of the site, or interfere with the checkout;
- submit stolen, test or otherwise unauthorised card details — automated card testing is detected, rate limited, logged and reported;
- scrape, data-mine or systematically copy the site or its content;
- resell our products commercially without our written agreement;
- impersonate anyone, or provide false contact or delivery details.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.
What we do not sell
Maison Aurevia LLC sells household goods only. We do not sell and will not list firearms, weapons, weapon parts, ammunition or explosives; drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco or vaping products; adult or sexually explicit products or services; counterfeit, replica or otherwise infringing goods; gambling products; prescription or regulated medical items; live animals; hazardous materials; or any digital currency or financial instrument. This is both our own policy and a requirement of our payment processors.
Intellectual property
The Maison Aurevia name, logo, site design, copy, photographs and product descriptions belong to Maison Aurevia LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission. Product trademarks of manufacturers remain with their owners.
Warranties and liability
Goods are sold with the warranties implied by law, which we do not attempt to exclude. Beyond those, and to the fullest extent U.S. law permits, the site and its content are provided "as is" without further warranty.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control — carrier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, utility or network failure, or government action.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep the last-updated date at the top of this page current. Material changes are announced on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect.
