General promotion terms
These terms govern every discount code, sale price, promotional offer and shipping promotion Maison Aurevia LLC runs. Where a specific promotion states different terms, those terms apply to that promotion only.
- One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
- Codes must be entered at checkout, before you pay. We cannot apply a code to an order that has already been placed, and we cannot refund the difference afterwards.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and cannot be resold or transferred.
- Discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal only — never to sales tax or shipping, unless the promotion explicitly says so.
- Promotions apply only while stock lasts and only to the products stated.
- We may withdraw, change or extend a promotion at any time. Doing so does not affect orders we have already accepted.
- Promotions are for personal, non-commercial use. We may void a code used fraudulently, in bulk, or outside its intended audience.
Struck-through and reference prices
Where a product shows a struck-through price, that is a price the item has genuinely been sold at by us. We do not invent reference prices to make a discount look larger, and we do not run permanent "sales" against a price nobody ever paid. If a product has been discounted since launch, the struck-through figure is the previous list price.
We also do not use countdown timers, fake stock counters or artificial urgency of any kind. Stock figures on product pages reflect actual inventory.
Free shipping threshold
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders where the merchandise subtotal exceeds $95.00 USD after any discount is applied and before sales tax.
- The threshold applies to standard shipping only. Express is always charged.
- If a discount code takes your subtotal below $95.00 USD, standard shipping is charged.
- If you return part of an order and that takes the remaining subtotal below the threshold, we may deduct the original $7.95 USD standard shipping from the refund. We will tell you before we do.
Trials, subscriptions and auto-renewal
We do not offer free trials, subscriptions, memberships or any auto-renewing product. Nothing you buy from us converts into a recurring charge, and we never store a card for future use. Every charge is a single purchase you authorised at checkout.
If you ever see a repeat or unexpected charge from MAISON AUREVIA, email Maisonaureviallc@outlook.com or call (828) 998-4813 immediately. It is an error and we will refund it without argument.
Gift cards and store credit
We do not currently issue gift cards or store credit. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. If we introduce gift cards, their terms will be published here first.
Pricing errors
We try hard to get prices right. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a typographical or system error, we may cancel affected orders and refund them in full rather than honour the error. We will email you to explain, and you are of course free to reorder at the corrected price.
